- We currently expect to offer delivery in 3 working days anywhere in Greater Manchester and of course to all existing clients wherever they are located. Although we aim to meet this the lead time of products varies and unusual, specialised, individualised products or bulky products may have an extended lead time. You can shop using any major debit or credit card and our existing clients can order using their invoice account. You may return any item bought within 30 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. We will collect for all refunds where the return is our error or the material is deemed to be faulty. Please ensure all products are checked upon delivery and only accept delivery of products you are completely satisfied as they will be deemed to be in good order if accepted. Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of: Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed. Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements. Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard product range that do not have specialisation or individualisation specific to your order. Please note that non faulty returns or goods that have not been delivered in error will carry a handling charge equivalent to 15% of the value of the returned item. Our promise is to uplift unwanted goods from your premises within 7 working days of the request being made. This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Your security is of the utmost importance to Cleaning Group Limited ('Cleaning Group') and we making every effort to provide a secure an online environment as possible ensuring as secure online ordering and payment processing as we are able. To check our security certificate is valid you can click on the gold padlock at the bottom of the browser window which will allow you to view its credentials. Your Cleaning Group account information and profile are protected by your username and password and only you have access to them. You can update your personal profile by logging into the http://store.cleaninggroup site and then selecting browsing to the store and the 'my account' button from the main navigation bar in the top right hand corner of your screen and logging in. It is essential that you do not let other people become aware of your username and password, you should not do so, to ensure that unauthorised users cannot gain access to your personal profile and account information. We also recommend that you close your browser window when you have completed using the Cleaning Group website. Although Cleaning Group consider the protection of your data of the utmost importance and we will take security precautions to protect all information held we cannot guarantee that any electronic transfer of information or transaction is totally secure. We will take measures to secure and protect all customer information from loss, abuse, misuse, and alteration. You must however take all necessary steps to protect yourself when using any online service..
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Cleaning Group Limited applies a robust policy to its payment, pricing and promotions. Please also see our Terms and Conditions. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1987, Cleaning Group Limited will aim to uphold these regulations within the terms and conditions of business. There are a number of ways that you can pay for your purchases from Cleaning Group Ltd. You represent and warrant that if you are paying an invoice on our website through our Merchant that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes. Paypal - All transactions over the website will be received through the PayPal Third-Party Merchant. You may use an existing PayPal account to pay with ease. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be given the option to set up a new account. Alternatively, you may choose to enter your Credit/Debit card information without setting up a PayPal Account. The ordered products will only be dispatched when the funds are received into the Cleaning Group Ltd account. Cheques or Postal Order - If you choose to order by mail or telephone you can pay for your Products by Visa or Mastercard, and all information relating to these cards will be taken over the phone. You also have the option to pay by cheque or postal order made payable to "Cleaning Group Ltd". Products will only be dispatched on receipt and clearance of payment into Cleaning Group Ltd bank account. There will be a £10 fee on all returned cheques, plus any additional bank fees incurred.
- Pricing
- Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Delivery Guide. All prices will include VAT. However if you qualify for VAT exemption due to your disability then the final calculation will have VAT removed. All quotations shall remain valid for 30 days of initial quote. Quotations may be varied if customer makes variations at any time.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation. Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. We may if out of stock provide you with an alternative product of the same quality. - Promotions
- From time to time Cleaning Group Ltd will offer sales and promotions. This will be in accordance with Consumer Protection Act 1987. This act states that product comparison should be like for like and where the price is reduced then this product should have been offered for sale at a higher price for at least 28 days in previous 6 months in the same outlet. These 28 days need not be consecutive and may include public holidays, Sundays etc. All price meanings will be made clear and previous higher price will be clearly indicated. From time to time, if indicated, you will be notified of sales, promotions and offers however Cleaning Group Ltd reserve the right to cancel sales, promotions and offers at any time without notice or reason. We also reserve the right to revert to previous or higher price without notification and/ or reason.
- Updating Account Information
- Our system allows you to store your billing and delivery address. To minimise errors and delivery problems, please keep this information up to date. When making a purchase, always check that the correct address is being used.
